We have taken steps to safeguard both customers and staff, this means that the process of queueing and ordering has been altered. 

Please mote that due to social distancing precautions, waiting times may be extended.

Prepare Beforehand

Be aware that you may have to wait outside, please prepare according to the weather.

Some items require time to cook as they are made-to-order. To save time please call on 01536 522828 to place your order along with your name.

Queueing  

We will have no more than 4 customers in at one time, and if there are already 4 in store we ask that you remain outside until one has left. 

 

Please always allow a minimum of 2 metres gap between yourself and others.

 

Where possible have only one person, if in a group, come in to order and collect.

If the waiting line extends beyond the shop front, please line up along the shop's side leading to the back. If there is no more room please return to your car or wait at distance until there is space.

Ordering

Please stand behind the line at the counter when ordering, and do not lean on the counter or screen.

​

Please place money on the metal trays provided.

 

We will place your completed order at the side of the screen.

​

The option to add your own salt and vinegar will not be available.

​

Wooden chip forks will be given upon request.
